A—Pneumatic Valves

(1)Improve the adhesion of the 　substances inside the gases of a 　compressor thus longering the life of a 　gas valve.

(2)The low-abrasion of the valve coating 　can lower the gas drag which 　decreases the efficiency of a 　compressor.

(3)Aside from improving the dirt-resistancy, the coating surfaced on a valve and a valve spring can also reduce the noise emitted when the valve is working. Its noise-reducing ability is just second to plastic valves.

(4)The valve assembly is resistant to the erosion of various gases. The 　valve's coating can resist crashing and flushing under a high 　temperature.

(5)The special coating on the valve assembly is applicable to mechanical 　equipment and components in the same working condition.

(6)The valve assembly with an anti-erosion coating, which has the above 　advantages, is open to adjustment on the requirement of buyers.

                                              
 

B--Valve Assembly
The valve assembly with double-buffered valve plates is widely used on medium and high-pressure compressors. It may be made from steel or heat-stabilized plastics. The diameters range between 55mm and 290mm .
